The whole job

One record from booking to reporter pay

Enter a job once. The invoice for each firm and the reporter's pay come from the same record and your rate cards.

  1. 01

    Book

  2. 02

    Assign

  3. 3

Set up your rate card once

Questions

All questions →

What does it cost?

$199 a month per agency, with unlimited office users, the law-firm portal and the reporter portal included. Depoledger is free during the beta. We will tell you before anything is charged.

Can I start without a sales call?

Yes. Create your agency, import your firms and reporters from CSV files, and book your first job. You can also open a demo agency full of made-up jobs first, no signup needed.

How do I move from ReporterBase, Solaria or RepAgencyWorks?

Export your lists to CSV in your current system and upload them in Depoledger under Settings, Import. ReporterBase can export any results grid to CSV on both of its plans. Rate cards you set up once in Depoledger; ReporterBase's own bulk import does not take rates either.

How do copy orders work?

When a transcript is delivered, every counsel of record on the case who has not ordered gets an email with the page count and price. One click places the order and it lands on its own invoice for that firm.

What does notice-to-job read from the notice?

Drop the notice of deposition PDF and Depoledger fills a draft job: case caption and number, witness, date, time, location and the attorneys it finds. You check the draft and save it.

How does a reporter accept a job?

You pick reporters and Depoledger emails each one an offer. The first one to click accept gets the job, and the others see that it is taken. No app to install.
